Through video testimonials, ordinary people share insights and tips for the top ten stress-buster techniques. Onscreen quizzes help viewers pinpoint stressors at home and at work. Instant relief is available through one-minute, three-minute, and five-minute guided relaxations. Viewers can watch demonstrations of simple stretching exercises known to calm and ease tension. Plus, they can print out articles about topics such as dealing with difficult people, caring for an ailing relative, time management, money matters, parenting concerns, and coping with anger. A listing of national resources for stress-reduction support is also available.
