This CD-ROM depicts a call-in talk show featuring a multicultural panel of single moms describing their parenting challenges—and successes—with their children age 11-15. Topics include how to choose and deliver appropriate punishments as well as methods for dealing with resistance when family rules are enforced. Video dramatizations demonstrate proven parenting techniques.
For situations in which the courts or other authorities require verification of the viewer’s mastery of the material, Parenting Skills for Single Moms simplifies the process by tracking user progress through the lessons.
