- Ideal general health program
- Proven to move viewers to change their habits
- Video report tailored to the individual’s medical risk
- Focus on heart disease, cancer, and motor vehicle accidents
- Printed summary delivered to each user.
Viewers receive an onscreen video report—a Health Prescription—of their lifestyle risks based on their responses to nearly sixty questions concerning daily habits and personal and family medical history. Video testimonials from a wide range of people describe the practical strategies they used to overcome the same problems the viewer is struggling with. Viewers with health risks are prompted to commit to one to four daily life changes that will reduce their risks. These commitments—a personal Change Plan—are included in the summary printout the user receives at the end of the session.
