Shipping and Handling
HealthComm Interactive, Inc., ships via United Parcel Service to customers in the United States and Canada.
- Standard ground shipping in the United States: $5.79 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item.
- Standard ground shipping in Canada: US$9.25 for the first item and US$3.00 for each additional item.
- For 3-day delivery in the United States: $9.99 for the first item and $4.00 for each additional item.
- Three-day delivery is not available for Canadian orders.
HealthComm Interactive, Inc., processes and fulfills orders upon receipt. With standard ground shipping, your order should be received within 5 to 10 business days from your date of order, allowing for standard UPS delivery schedules. If you request 3-day delivery, you should receive your order within 4 to 5 business days.
Quantity Discount
We are pleased to give you a discount for quantity orders. The discount is automatically calculated as you add items to your shopping cart.
Policy details:
- Our quantity discount applies to CD-ROM and VHS tape products only. Website products are not included in this discount plan.
- To receive the discount, the products must be purchased at the same time on the same order.
- The discount applies to the retail price only. The discount does not apply to shipping fees.
- Returned items may result in an adjustment on the discount. This will be reflected in the credit you receive. (For example, if you ordered three items, you would have received a 15% discount. If you return one of those items, your quantity discount should have been only 10%. The difference in the discount will be subtracted from the credit you receive for the returned item.)
Guarantee and Return Policy
HealthComm Interactive, Inc., unconditionally guarantees each and every product for a period of 30 days from the original date of shipment. Should the product not meet your satisfaction, simply return the product in the original package to HealthComm Interactive, Inc., for a full refund.
- Preview copies are not to be duplicated, used for teaching, training, or for general viewing.
- HealthComm Interactive, Inc., must receive the product within 30 days of invoice date.
- Product must be returned at customer's expense using a traceable service such as registered U.S. Postal Service, UPS, or other courier company.
Warranty and Return Policy
HealthComm Interactive, Inc., warrants that each CD-ROM, VHS tape,
and DVD-ROM sold is free from defects and conforms with the published system
requirements for a period of 180 days from the date of shipment. In the event
the product contains a defect or does not conform to our published system requirements,
upon receipt of the defective merchandise, HealthComm Interactive, Inc., will
inspect the merchandise to verify the defect or nonconformance. If the product
is defective or does not conform to specification, HealthComm Interactive, Inc.,
at its sole discretion, will replace the defective product or provide a refund
to the customer. Using a traceable service such as registered U.S. Postal Service
or UPS, send the product in its original product container, with shipping notice
or your name and address, and description of the problem to

If it is determined that the product is defective, customer will be reimbursed for shipping expenses.

HealthComm Interactive, Inc., accepts online, telephone, and fax
orders using VISA, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept payment by
check through the mail or by purchase order, upon approval. (Contact us toll

time.
